Serious, friendly and goal-orientated. I liked the way Liz conducted the work and the capacity to understand the reality of various places. Here in Brazil, flexibility is a huge skill to anyone that works with events (or on big projects)! Liz knows every step of the work and its importance, and it is a pleasure to work with someone that really knows what they are doing and knows why they are doing it.
Liz Waters, bubbly and outgoing, confident and capable. She gets deep into the project and is passionate about it. This passion and determination is contagious! She is a great Team Leader – always making sure everyone is on the same page and working to usually very strict deadlines. Very hard working, she won’t rest until you the job is done!

Liz demonstrated she can achieve excellent standards and meet deadlines. Refreshing to meet somebody who can resolve problems independently. Within a very short time, it was evident that Liz was a natural teacher. She was a popular member of the team. Once she joined the Higher Education team she really proved her strong management skills, leading the team and ensuring that the administration was completed without fault. As Programme Manager she dealt regularly with the University and Senior Academics with diplomacy and tact. This undoubtedly led to her into the dual-role. Such individuals are indeed rare and I have no hesitation in recommending Liz.
